Audit FAQs

What people ask before booking.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?

No catch. We do 2–3 audits a week as our top-of-funnel. If it's a fit, great — if not, you walk away with a written plan you can hand to another agency. We get more good-fit clients this way than from ads.

Who shows up on the call?

One of our senior leads — never a sales rep. The person you speak to is the person who'd actually run your account if we worked together.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing mandatory. If you have login access to Google Ads, Google Business Profile, or your analytics, we'll review live on the call — but we can also do the whole audit from public data. Your choice.

How fast can we start if we decide to work together?

Typical kickoff is 5–7 business days after you say yes. Text and call automation can go live in 3 days. Google Ads can launch in a week. A full website rebuild takes 3–5 weeks.

What if I'm already with another agency?

Totally fine to do an audit as a second opinion. We'll flag what's working, what isn't, and whether it's worth switching. Sometimes the answer is "stay put and fix these three things" — we'll say that.

Do you work with businesses outside the US and Canada?

Our playbook is sharpest for North American local SMBs. We occasionally take on UK, Ireland, and Australia clients in the same verticals. Other regions — we'll refer you to someone local to you.
